Edan was the technician who called me back and from he first moment it felt I’m in the right hands. He had some spare time before his next appointment so he was able to come over to check what’s the problem. Edan showed up after 20mins and analyzed the problem and said that my opener is already old and its about time to get a new one, he quoted his price for a new Genie smart opener and left to his appointment. After he left I’ve checked with 3 other places but no one could match his offer, so I called him again to schedule an appointment. To my big surprise he was able to fit me in for that same evening and when he came it tool him an hour to complete the job. I am very happy with my new opener and would highly recommend Edan to anyone.

I called Friendly Garage Doors and they sent their technician to my house after 2 hours, the work was done in less than 45 min. The technician also gave me a maintenance tips like  spraying the spring with WD40 every 3 months and told me the springs are good for 10k-30k rotations, They provided me 5-star service and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Josh was very helpful and came out quickly to change broken garage door torsion springs in my garage. My door dropped down like a stone when it happened thankfully it didn’t cause any severe damage. My garage door extension spring snapped and the door went completely off tracks hanging in the air. Tried to get someone as quickly as possible and Friendly Garage Doors assured me they’ll have a technician available in an hour.  Ben was the technician who came exactly 40 minutes later and he managed to replace the springs, realigned the door and get it back in place. He also doubled checked and made sure everything worked perfectly before leaving and he charged a fair price, highly recommend these guys!

We contact them because our door was barely moving and we thought we need a new garage door opener but when Adam check our garage he explained that noting is wrong with the opener and the reason the door move so slowly is because of the spring has lost its tension. NO COMPLAINTS!! Our garage door broke and our warranty company sent us to Friendly Garage Doors. We called and the tech was at our home with in about an hour and a half. Leon was great. He fixed the problem and even repaired an issue he noticed from a previous company’s work. Recommended to say the least.
