I had few small yet very important tasks that needed to be done at my garage. I called Friendly Garage Doors and Daniel came out here the very same afternoon. The first task was to rewire the wall button switch and the safety sensors, the second task was to adjust the spring tension as the door felt heavier lately and the last task was to adjust the opener travel limitations as it was closing the door all the was leaving a small gap at the bottom. I called Friendly Garage Doors on Monday morning at 7:30AM because my garage door was making terrible noise and was moving very slow. Gil their technician called back within a few minutes was and confirmed same day appointment between 12:00-2:00PM. He called 15 minutes before arrival and showed up exactly at 2:00PM. It turns out that one spring above the door broke and the entire load of the door’s weight fell on the other spring which according to Gil it’s a miracle it didn’t break too which could have caused a major damage. Gil got to work right away and quickly installed 2 new springs, lubricated the tracks, wheels and also the hinges and everything went back to work smoothly ! I am so happy that I found these guys and will definitely be  using their services in the future!

Great Great Great Experience! The garage door spring snapped off and the door crashed to down! I couldn’t get my car out and I had to get help immediately. after 2 minutes of scrolling garage door repair website I called these guys and ask if they have someone who can come right a way, they got all my info and said that a technician will call me back shortly! I can absolutely confirm that they are honest and very reliable company. Roy the technician who came to diagnose the problem with my door was very straightforward and explained than my old opener circuit board as completely fried and it is not worth fixing as it will cost almost as buying new opener.
