Last night my garage door opener stopped working, so I contacted Friendly Garage Doors and Daniel was the technician who came out to fix it, he arrived within couple of hours, was very professional and after half an hour of diagnosis he explained that the motor was burnt out and because it’s an old one it is not worth the money to repair it. Daniel showed me a few new opener options in my budget and installed a new ultra-quiet belt drive Genie garage door opener. He worked quickly, cleaned up afterward and dispose the old opener for me. I’m very satisfied with both, price and work, and would absolutely recommend them.

One of the cables on our garage door snapped and the door was completely hanging sideways, it was a real hazard and we needed a professional help as quickly as possible. Friendly Garage Doors were the most responsive and Jordan their technician was able to come that same afternoon. He was very professional, worked fast and managed to complete the work within the hour. He checked everything and even adjusted the spring tension. Price was exactly the same as estimated over the phone, overall he did a great job and we are very pleased with the result.

My garage door kept turning back up every time I’ve tried to close it, called this guys and Jacob came to check it out. He found that one of the sensors was disconnected and fixed it, he also cleaned both sensors lined them perfectly and adjusted the motor travel limits. Now the door works perfectly. My garage door came off the track and was stuck half way closed, Adam from Friendly Garage Doors was at our house within two hours, very friendly guys, he immediately explained what caused the problem was a crooked rail, which caused one of the roller to move out of place and the door to follow it. Adam quoted a great price for the repair job and fixed it in just 20 minutes. I’m very happy with the whole experience, thank you guys.

The last t storm damaged one of our garage door panels and Ron from Friendly Garage Doors came out with the best price quote for the replacement panel and labor. The next day he returned and replaced it, it matches the rest of the door perfectly and you can’t tell it was replaced. Last night I went out to the garage after hearing a loud bang noise. It turned out that the spring had broken and the door was so heavy that I couldn’t lift it manually myself. The garage door opener was making loud noises which have been getting stronger by the day for the past week, I called  Friendly Garage Doors to come and check it out. Alex arrived on time and found that the gear had completely worn out, he had the replacement part in his van and fixed the problem right on the spot, the price was fair and reasonable and it was a pleasure dealing with such a wonderful guy, overall an outstanding experience, highly recommended!

Jonathan came out within an hour the same day we called, very professional and useful, managed to fix our problem by replacing the safety sensors, and the door went back working correctly. Very happy with the service and will absolutely recommend for all your garage door needs.

One of the door cables was to loose and the wouldn’t open evenly, so I called Friendly Garage Doors and Eli was at my house within 2 hours exactly like they promised. He replaced the cable with new ones, checked the springs status and made sure it was still in good shape, adjusted their tension and balanced the door perfectly.
