My garage door got stuck halfway and only when Josh arrive I understood what has happened, Josh explained that one of the springs had snapped, and the door was operating on just one spring. Josh worked promptly and fixed the problem in just half an hour, pricing was honest, no hidden fees and no surprises, I’m so glad I called them and will highly recommend Josh without hesitation.

My son and the neighbor’s son played sober and used our garage door as the goal, the ball hit our garage door strongly and left quite a big dent. We called few placed, this guys were very responsive and Sean the technician came out to take a look after just one hour. He measured the door, made a few phone calls and quickly quoted a price that was so reasonable that I didn’t even have to check another place, than he ordered the new panel and made an appointment. Our old garage door opener has become to loud and was barely working anymore and we decided to get a new one. My good old neighbor recommended Friendly Garage Doors and we are so happy we’ve listened to his wonderful advice. Ethan showed up on time to our appointment, helped us to choose out from a large selection exactly the opener that suited us, with an emphasis on being as quiet as possible, and came back the next day and installed a new Chamberlain B2405 ultra quiet opener. Super friendly customer service and a very professional work at a price that was more than fair and  reasonable, we couldn’t have asked for a better service, thank you so much Ethan!

No matter how many times we tried to close our garage door it kept reversing up, we couldn’t figure out why there was nothing it the door way and the safety sensors we lined up to each other and everything looked OK, Friendly Garage Doors response was fast and very efficient and Uri their tech was very professional and immediately diagnosed one of the sensors was burnt, then he quickly install 2 new sensors and got the door back to perfect working condition, he tested everything couple of times before leaving and charged a very reasonable price, thanks again guys!

They were very helpful and also very professional when we called and ask about availability and pricing. We were surprised that our garage door springs broke after just 5 years in a new home. Ben came out the next day, he was right on time and he replaced both springs, it only took him about half an hour and he did a great job and everything is working perfect. Adam replaced our garage door cables and springs at a very fair price, he also adjusted our opener the right way and he didn’t charge us extra for that, he noticed a small gap of light showing when the door was closed, so he spent another 15 minutes adjusting it to make sure it shut perfectly. Josh from Friendly Garage Doors came out and fixed an annoying problem with our garage door which kept stopping halfway. It only took him about 10 minutes and he charged us a very fair price. What really stood out was what happened a week later when the door wouldn’t open because of a completely different issue and when we called him he responded right away and came to fix it, he replaced the safety sensors and everything went back to normal.
