Danny was very responsive and showed up an hour after I called to replace a broken torsion spring, although it wasn’t an emergency he was able to come quickly. Danny was very efficient and got it done within half an hour of his arrival, his price was exactly as they quoted to me over the phone and he also cleaned up after he was done and disposed my old spring as well, thanks guys for your wonderful service!

David was kind and very helpful when I called and asked for a price to replace broken spring. I was so surprised that the spring has snapped when I only have been living in that house for 5 years. David came the next day and change the broken spring, he explained that the spring was not at the right size and that was the reason for it to snap earlier than expected, it took him about half an hour to finish the job and he gave me a full year warranty for his work, excellent experience, highly recommend!

Jordan was absolutely great in every way, punctual, prompt and with super friendly attitude. Friendly Garage Doors were absolutely amazing and Roy, the technician did a great job replacing the springs and perfectly balancing the door. Roy is very thorough and probably the best technician I’ve ever worked with, I would highly recommend his services.

My garage door wall button wouldn’t open the door, on the other hand my car remote was working perfectly, so I was pretty sure there was noting wrong with the opener, Daniel was the technician who came over and replaced it right away. My garage door suddenly made a weird sound and got stuck, luckily the door was wide open and I could take may car out so no urgent service was necessary, called Friendly Garage Doors and scheduled an appointment, excellent customer service very friendly and easy to deal with , Jacob showed up 5 minutes before time, showed me exactly why the door was stuck and immediately started fixing the problem, it was a faulty cable that got wrapped around the pulley and Jacob got it replaced quickly and efficiently. Pricing was upfront, fair and clear and I am very pleased with the service, highly recommend.

One of our garage door panels cracked due to weather damage and Michael from Friendly Garage Doors did great service, not only he ordered the matching panel, he came back the same day and installed it.
