My heavy duty garage door spring broke and even though I had another one installed it was almost impossible to lift the door manually. I called up these guys and they respond promptly. I had a problem with my opener door this morning and had to operate the door manually to get my car out. Called Friendly Garage Doors and Jacob was able to set up the appointment to the same afternoon. Jacob came out on time and quickly diagnosed that the problem is within the wiring to the opener, he changed all the wires including the safety sensors and the door went to work normally again. Jacob was absolutely awesome and his pricing was also very reasonable, I would highly recommend his work.

My garage door spring explode in a big boom when I tried to open the garage door this morning and the door crashed back down, luckily no further damage was done except of the broken spring. Daniel was very responsive and managed to come right away, he was able to replace the spring on the spot and he also made all necessary test to see if the door is operating properly. Daniel replied my phone call and quickly scheduled an appointment, he arrived 10 minute earlier within the timeframe not before he confirmed it over the phone, he diagnosed the problem in less then couple of minutes and fixed it, he explained what was wrong in a very clear and straightforward way and I would definitely hire again to deal with any garage door issue I’ll might have in the future, highly recommended!

These guys are super professional and Jacob their technician was very responsive and able to come to the same day around noon after I called them at 8AM. Jacob quickly diagnosed what was the issue and why the door wasn’t closing and solved it by fixing a poor wiring connection on the safety sensors, thanks guys for our quick respond, I really appreciate that.

I completely forgot the appointment I made for today when Adam called and said that he is at my home. He was so kind and friendly and he said yes when I asked to wait for me to arrive. Adam has waited for me about 15 minutes and when I arrived he completed 2 extension spring replacement within 30 minutes, I’m very pleased with the service and would highly recommend Adam.

Mike from Friendly Garage Doors was very easy to work with, he quickly schedule an appointment and showed up on time as expected . Mike did a great job and had the springs, rollers, cables and pulleys replaced in less than an hour. I would recommend these guys 100% and already I’ve referred them to my father in law who also needed his garage door repaired!

Samuel  was so easy to deal with and he did such good work, his price was much cheaper than other estimates I got. Samuel had new springs installed in no time and he also adjusted the opener’s travel limitation and now the door goes all the way up. Samuel is a honest and friendly guy and I really enjoyed working with him, highly recommended!
