Joseph is a great person, very honest and a real pro garage door technician. I called Friendly Garage Doors to get a second opinion on how to fix a busted garage door after my son accidentally backed up our car and hit it. The second and third panels were a bit dented and the first company we’ve called said that I needed to replace it entirely. Joseph showed up at 8:00 PM to assess the condition of the door and gave me a much better solution which was much more reasonable and affordable, he suggested to replace both panels and quickly set up a next appointment. Joseph showed up the next day right on time, he came out with another technician and together they have managed to finish the job within half an hour. I am so happy and pleased with their service and would definitely recommend them.

I called their office at noon when I came back home I found out that my garage door spring broke and by 2Pm Mike their technician was at my place. This morning my garage door was unexpectedly going up by itself each time I was trying to close it and the only way I managed to close it was by unplugging the motor unit and do it manually. Affordable, reliable and honest!!! There’s nothing more that you can really ask for when seeking out a service company. Whether it be a plumber, electrician or in our case a garage door tech. Unfortunately we had a garage door emergency and needed service asap. My husband called FGD and they came out quickly and worked in a timely manner. We really appreciate their work ethic and honest pricing. We will definitely use these guys again as needed.
