Joseph was the technician came by to assessed the problem, he figured out the problem right away and clearly explained the cost, his price was very reasonable and I was very impressed with his expertise and professionalism, he got everything don in about half an hour and checked the entire system twice to ensure its safe operation, based on my great experience I would definitely recommend Friendly Garage Doors to y’all.

The technician arrived on time and quickly assessed the situation, then he explained it to me in a very clear way, quoted a very fair price and set up a timeline to complete the job, he did a great job restoring the door back on tracks and changing the springs, the total experience was excellent and I am very happy with the service.

We are so very happy and excited with our new garage door, the tech who handled the entire process from start to finish was Jacob, he was very easy to work with, showed up on time every time didn’t push us into rush decisions and always provided a true and honest answered, Jacob and his installation team did a fantastic job installing our new door and opener and also got rid of our old system, the price was totally reasonable and Jacob knew how to work with our budget perfectly, we’re extremely happy with the results and already getting great compliments from our neighbors, highly recommend Friendly Garage Doors.

Mike was our original point of contact, he installed our new LiftMaster opener, replaced the springs and programmed 2 new remotes, all in one visit and at a very reasonable price, Mike is a super awesome guy and he was very fun to work with, best experience ever!

If i could give them a 10 star review I would absolutely do it, my garage door has giving me issues for months, I tried to fix it myself but it just breaks again and again, so finally I’ve decided to get professional help and found Friendly Garage Doors and am so glad I did, Sam was the technician who came over, he was very punctual and got here right as scheduled, he quickly quoted the price for the repair, which to my big surprise was much cheaper than I thought it would be, and the whole repair process took about 30 minutes and was done very professionally, my garage door now works better than ever and i owe it all to these guys.

Simon was totally awesome to work with, very responsive and extremely professional, he gave us a great offer on a new LiftMaster 8500 wall mount garage door opener and quickly set up the installation appointment, Simon did a fantastic job and we a re very satisfied with the whole experience, thank you Simon.
