Our old garage door opener was too noisy and when it finally stopped working I called Friendly Garage Doors, whom I dealt with for the last 6 years to handle all the garage door needs, and Joseph came out next morning after we worked out all the details over the phone, including the opener’s brand, the model and the total cost. It’s modern look that lets in gentle and caressing natural light while still looking secure. Jordan from Friendly Garage Doors is totally a pro, he did a fantastic job and helped me choosing my new garage door, he made the buying process easy and explained carefully all differences between the different models and worked perfectly with my budget. I picked a classic white raised-panel steel door with clear glass windows at the top, which perpetuates and brightens the front of my house. Jordan and his crew showed up promptly, removed the old warped wooden door and installed the new one flawlessly, they quickly connected the opener and the safety sensors and tested the system several times to ensure its safety, then they cleaned up the place and got rid of the old door for me, I’m so happy with how everything went and would definitely recommend Friendly Garage Doors and Jordan each and every chance I’ll get!

We called Friendly Garage Doors with an emergency when garage door cable on the left side snapped while it was going up and the door came off its tracks and was left suspended in the air.  Asher arrived exactly in 40 minutes and got it fixed it right away, he tested the door several times and now it works like new again, price was totally reasonable and there were no surprise fees, very good experience, totally recommended.

I heard a loud noise coming from the garage, and when I went to check i out, I discovered that the door had completely stopped working, Friendly Garage Doors responded quickly and sent Simon within the hour, when he showed up he explained that the main spring was broken and needed to be replaced, he quoted his price clearly and upfront and replaced both springs in no time, made the necessary adjustments and tested everything to make sure it was working right, excellent price, excellent service, highly recommended.

Alex arrived that same afternoon and quickly found the problem with my door opener, all it was a loose wire  connection and he fixed it without trying to sell me anything extra. Alex was fast, polite and extremely reasonable, the whole process was done right  and at a very fair price, the door is working great now and I am very happy with how it all turned out, thank you so much guys, I would definitely recommend you to all of my friends!
