Saturday night and my garage door spring just broke, tried to call a few companies but only Friendly Garage Door answered. They were very responsive, their estimated was reasonable and they could send a technician the next morning. Roy was my technician and he got here right on time, very punctual, quick and efficient, he managed to complete the job within just half an hour, overall it was an outstanding experience and I would absolutely recommend Friendly Garage Doors to y’all.

This weekend my son backed up his pick truck and slightly hit the garage door while it was still in motion, no serious damage was done except that the door came completely off tracks. Jonathan from Friendly Garage Doors came over within the hour and put it back in place, he fixed it perfectly including the setting up the spring tension and reprogramming the traveling limits, great service at a very reasonable price, would definitely recommend and use again, thank you Jonathan!

Aaron was our technician and he did a great job, he was very informative and offered a great deal on 2 torsion spring installation over the phone, came over the same day and did a wonderful job, everything is working perfectly now, excellent service from start to finish.

Friendly Garage Doors respond was awesome, they sent a technician right a way to handle our emergency and Jacob came out here about 30 minutes after we called them. Daniel came out quickly to help me when the screws on the bottom panel’s bracket were almost completely off and the door wasn’t operating well. Daniel was very professional, quoted his price upfront and got to work right away, he fixed everything in just 20 minutes and doubled check everything before leaving, thank you Daniel, I am very  happy with the results.

The technician showed up right when they said he would and managed to change two extension springs, put the door back in place and perfectly balance it in just 20 minutes. Tom was the technician who came to estimate the damage when my garage door went out of tracks last night. He was very kind and friendly, arrived on time and quoted a very fair price before he began to work and got the job done in about one hour, Tom made sure the door was working properly before he left and we really enjoyed working with him, excellent service, great value for money.

I was very impressed with the fast respond and great customer service, Alex the technician arrived right on time and had my garage door back on tracks in no time. Alex also installed 2 new extension springs and adjusted the opener, all in less than an hour. Outstanding service from such a great company, can’t be more happy about it, highly recommended!

Mishel was my technician and he had a very impressive and quick responding time, he was able to come in just 30 minutes and help me out with replacing a broken torsion spring,  he did a great job, very professional job and fast, I’m very pleased with would definitely recommend their repair services!
