Friendly Garage Doors represented responded to my RFQ with in 30 minutes and was able to dispatch their technician within the hour.  Ben was done replacing 2 extension springs within half an hour.  Fast efficient and reasonably price, this company definitely deserves the good words.

My garage door spring snapped with a big boom and the door dropped down instantly. Even though I called at 10PM, I still got the first appointment the next morning.  Max was the technician who came over for the job and before he began working he explained everything that was needed to be done.  Max completed the job in less than an hour including the spring replacement and lubricating the tracks, rollers and hinges.  Now everything works so smoothly that you really don’t hear the door working.  Excellent job, definitely 5 stars from me!

I got my yearly garage door maintenance service yesterday by Jordan Friendly Garage Doors and I had to go out here and thank him for an outstanding service at a very high level of quality, my door was never worked so quietly and smoothly. Jordan replaced my old plastic rollers with new silicon ones, replaced some rusty brackets and lubricant the entire system. He work hard for almost an hour and the outcome was absolutely amazing . Outstanding services from the initial call to finish. Roy and his assistant were very professional and they did a great job getting my garage door back on tracks. They also change both springs and adjusted the motor travel limits. Now the door operates like new and it opens all the way up! Thanks a lot guys!

I called in with a problem with my door opener and been told that a technician will call me back within couple of minutes. Edan was the technician who called me back and from he first moment it felt I’m in the right hands. He had some spare time before his next appointment so he was able to come over to check what’s the problem. Edan showed up after 20mins and analyzed the problem and said that my opener is already old and its about time to get a new one, he quoted his price for a new Genie smart opener and left to his appointment. After he left I’ve checked with 3 other places but no one could match his offer, so I called him again to schedule an appointment. To my big surprise he was able to fit me in for that same evening and when he came it tool him an hour to complete the job. I am very happy with my new opener and would highly recommend Edan to anyone.
