One of the door cables was to loose and the wouldn’t open evenly, so I called Friendly Garage Doors and Eli was at my house within 2 hours exactly like they promised. He replaced the cable with new ones, checked the springs status and made sure it was still in good shape, adjusted their tension and balanced the door perfectly. Very professional and reasonably priced service, definitely recommend them!

Great response time, the technician was onsite within an hour.
Garage door extension spring was broken.
He was able to fix it within half an hour.
He also took the time to lube all hinges to make sure it works quieter.
I will definitely call these guys next time if I’ll have any issues with my garage door!!
