Friendly Garage Doors customer service is phenomenal, very helpful and communicative, pricing was upfront and totally reasonable, they were able to send a technician right away and Daniel came over within an hour, changed the spring and restored the door to perfect condition, the whole process took him about 30 minutes and everything is working seamlessly now, Daniel also gave me a 5 year warranty on the spring and a full year on labor, excellent service highly recommended.

Tom from Friendly Garage Doors arrived super fast and before he start anything he immediately helped me open manually my heavy duty garage door as my car was trapped inside and I was able to take it out the garage, then he quoted a great price on 2 torsion spring replacement and completed the work in a very timely manner, I’m very pleased with Tom’s work and I would definitely recommend him.
