David was very nice and friendly when I called about a broken spring, he came the same day and replaced it quickly and at a very fair and affordable price, he also told me that the old spring was the wrong size and that why it broke earlier than expected, he gave a one-year warranty too, super professional and outstanding service!

I submitted a quote through the contact form on their website and Carlos called me back in less than five minutes to set up an appointment for later that same day, he also called 15 minutes before arriving to let me know he is on the way and when he arrived it took him about 20 minutes to finish the job, pricing for changing the springs was honest and fair and the work was done quickly and professionally, I’m very happy with the results and would like to thank Carlos again for a wonderful experience!

I was in a real stress when my garage door springs broke and leaving me unable to take my car out the garage and pic up my kids, I called Friendly Garage Doors and spoke with Laura the dispatcher and she was able to fit me in the schedule immediately. Roy came and explained me the issue professionally and start work right away. The entire process was quick like 30 min. Now, I’m hoping I don’t need to call Friendly Garage Doors anytime soon but if I need I’m going to call only to them. Thank you.
