Our garage door spring broke and Josh was the technician who came the same day and help us our, he was prompt, experienced and super friendly, knew what he was doing, and explained everything clearly. He replaced the broken spring quickly and made sure the door was properly balanced. Their price was quoted up front and was totally reasonable, and the overall experience was amazing!

I called their office at noon when I came back home I found out that my garage door spring broke and by 2Pm Mike their technician was at my place. He called 10 minutes before his arrival to confirm and when he arrived he quickly quoted a reasonable price and start to work on the door. He installed 2 new heavy-duty torsion springs and was done within an hour. He also made some other adjustment to the door opener because my door is working so quiet and smooth now. Thanks a lot Mike for the wonderful job!
