Joseph was incredibly patient and waited patiently for 20 minutes till I arrived because I completely forgot about the appointment, but still he was kind and friendly, Joseph was super fast, changed two 2 extension springs and completely balanced the door under just 20 minutes and charged exactly the price that was quoted when I scheduled the appointment, so happy with the service and definitely will be recommending these guys!

These guys were very professional and explained everything clearly about my old garage door opener, and why it’s really not worth fixing, especially when Genie doesn’t make parts for it anymore, instead they gave me a honest and super reasonable offer on a new Quiet Lift Connect ¾hp Genie opener, with Wi-fi connection and ultra quiet operation belt drive and came to install it the next day. The technician who came to do the job was Jacob and he was fantastic, it took him less than 30 minutes to get rid of the old opener and to install the new one, it works so great and is super quiet, and its app is mind blowing, thank you guys for everything you’ve done for me I really appreciate you hard work!

Roy came to help me with my opener which was not working with the remote even after I’ve change its battery. This is the second time I’m using Roy’s service when the first time he came to replace a broken garage door spring 6 month ago and when I was having this problem now I knew he could help me.
