I really don’t remember when I had the garage door spring replaced, but it was a long time ago and last night my old spring gave out and broke, Gilad from Friendly Garage Doors replaced them the same day I called the service, he was very easy to deal with and he really did his best to schedule the appointment at a time that was convenient for me. Gilad arrived on time, super friendly and prompt, changed the spring and tested everything to make sure the door was working right, price was just as quoted and I’d definitely recommend his work.

They responded quickly and Aaron came by the house after an hour, he had the right spring replacement in his van and was able to fix my door right away. Aaron seemed like a very experienced technician and his price was very affordable too, highly recommend his service!

When my garage door spring broke I called Friendly Garage Doors and scheduled the appointment for the next day, Gabriel their technician called back later that afternoon and asked if its okay with me for him within 30 minutes and I immediately confirmed it, Gabriel was fast and very efficient, he got the job done in a very professional manner and finished everything including balancing and test the door within 30 minutes of his arrival, excellent experience, highly recommended!

Thank you Josh so much for your time and efforts! Friendly garage door customer service is remarkable, Josh and his assistant were on time and very professional. They managed to replace 2 torsion springs and most importantly their price was the cheapest one I’ve got. They didn’t leave the place before they clean it and also dispose the old springs for me.  I’m definitely recommending them to anyone I know!
