Our old garage door opener is probbaly as old as the house, which is a good 25 years. The remote wasn’t responding anymore. The tech, named Joe I belive tried to fix it but it was so old I needed a new one. He was able to install a whole new liftmaster opener. He worked very quickly and explained everything in detail.
