Of course, were on our way outta the garage about to hit the road for a family vacation and the garage door wouldn’t open more than 1/4 the way. Unbelievably bad luck! We were literally stuck inside. I called Friendly Garage Doors and thank goodness they were able to send us out a tech within the hour. Sent my wife and kids to get lunch and ice cream and by the time they came back the door was fixed! Leon did an amazing job repairing the springs and oiling up the tracks for better operation.
