This morning my garage door was unexpectedly going up by itself each time I was trying to close it and the only way I managed to close it was by unplugging the motor unit and do it manually. Jacob arrived at 10:30AM and diagnosed the problem as a damaged safety sensor unit. It took him less than 20 minutes to replace both sensors and the price was more than reasonable, highly recommend Jacob to anyone who’s looking for a honest and reliable garage door technician.
