Our garage door went off track, got stuck in an awkward twisted angle and wouldn’t budge, so we had to call a technician and Friendly Garage Doors customer service was absolutely amazing, answered quickly, very kind and courteous and managed to sent Ian right away and he showed up really fast, he explained exactly what happened and quoted a very fair and totally affordable price for the repair. Ian got our door back on tracks, made all the necessary adjustments and doubled checked everything all under an hour, Ian was very friendly and easy to deal with and he fixed our door perfectly, thanks a lot Ian we’ll definitely use your services again in the future and wont hesitate to recommend them to others.
