We couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received yesterday. Our garage door would not close and we weren’t ready (financially) to get a whole new system but we had a feeling it would come to this since mine is fairly old. Joe came out on Sunday, on time, and fixed it without overcharging me or trying to convince me to replace my whole system. I really appreciated the honesty and speedy service. We will eventually have to get a new and when we do I will call only Joe.

What an amazing experience, I just wanna get that out there. I got home around 3:30 and could not open my garage. From what I could see the spring was broken. I called 3 different places and non of them couldn’t come out until the next day but Friendly Garage Doors was able to send someone out within an hour. By 6:30 the job is done. Leon was efficient and conscientious. he even inspected and lubricated where needed for a smooth operation. Pricing wasn’t cheap but was well worth the money spent. Having my garage function properly is key.
