The technician who came over was Jacob and he was able to diagnose what was wrong in less than couple of minutes, then he explained it to me and offer a very reasonable price for the repair. Jacob successfully replaced the belt on the opener and with few more adjustments the door was operating as new. Thank you very much guys for a great experience once again!
