I was very impressed with their super fast respond, and the customer service was outstanding, Josh the technician called back in 5 minutes and set up the appointment for the same day, he arrived right on time, assessed the situation quickly and had the door back on tracks in no time, he also changed the springs and made few adjustments to the opener, now the entire system work as good as new, excellent service, I’m beyond satisfied and would absolutely recommend this business!

Uri and his assistant were fantastic, they came out promptly to fix our garage door, provided a written quote right on the spot and was ready to begin the repair right away, they got our garage door working perfectly again in no time, doubled checked everything and made sure it was properly balanced and running all the way up and down, leaving no gap or making jerky movements, we are completely satisfied with the work and also with the cost, highly recommend them, thanks again guys!

My garage door opener died 2 days ago so I researched google and found Friendly Garage Doors. I went to their website and request an appointment between 4 to 6pm and about 5 minutes later Kobi the technician called me and say that he will be at my house around 4pm. When he arrived hew installed the new opener and by 5:30pm I had a new Liftmaster garage door opener, couldn’t ask for better service.

Our garage door stopped moving mid-close. Jordan came out and lubricated the tracks, he also increased the power on the motor and the door went back working good as new!
There was no effort to upsell, the total price was very reasonable, and Jordan was very kind and super friendly!
